Itchy problem down at hand...?

i had this problem for a long time since i be young. one side of the labia is exceedingly itchy and dry. the skin is always fresh and peeling probably because i mark too hard. the other side is ok...
i have this problem even before i be sexually active and i own one partner only. i've see a gynae before and be given some medication and soap to wash. the itch be gone temporarily. i've tried using the soap after i finished the medication and the itch came final... what could it be? the gynae didn't furnish me with any details!Itchy problem down at hand...?
It could be some type of psoriasis. I know it sounds gross, but try merely washing near warm sea for a while and no soap. Soap tends to dry out the skin even worse. You could also try "Aquaphor" or "Eucerin" lotions, they are wonderful for dry cracked and irritated skin. Do not use tot powder as it absorbs your inbred oils and moisture. If it dosen't procure any better, I would recommend that you go to the doctor again.
