Ladies...that time of the month...how do you crush the bloat?
Vitamin B6 will help you out. You can acquire it at any drug store and take it once contained by the morning, once at night. Really help.
You don't want to take too much of it, so unless your doctor have advised otherwise I'd suggest keeping it at twice a daylight. I know some women who take it contained by huge quantities during their extent because it helps so much, but honestly I'd be mindful of anything in an extreme. For me, twice a light of day makes ample of a difference that I'm really glad I have the stuff!

Avoid caffeine and pungent foods. Drink a lot of river all the time (not only just during that time of the month). I also usually feel more bloaty due to individual gassy, so I avoid foods that make me gassy and appropriate something like Gas-X to give support to me feel better and rear legs to my normal size when I am any PMSing or on my period.
drink hose down, get out an d do some physical buzz and if needed take alieve.
Avoid saline at all costs and drink lots of hose!

i work out 4 - 5 times a week. They say aloud that regular exercise helps thump the bloating & cramping during your menstrual cycle.
When you have cramps, take home the pill "Midol" your new best friend. It is completely loyal, and other gets rid of cramps and bloating!
