I've done something silly?

Several months ago,in a silly mood,I shaved rotten my pubic hairs.Now,though I'm sure it's be nearly a year since I shaved them,they still won't grow back properly but are sparse and brittle!Help!What can I do do stimulate fleece growth in the nether region?I'm really consciousness quite disturbed around this.I've done something silly?
Normally, its not so good to shave adjectives the pubic hair. its other advised that u shave it near scissors instead of blade/razor. the hair serves as a protecting agent for the pubic places but it should not be soo much. specifically why u have to shave but make tracks a little near.
however consult a doctor, he can give u a cream to use around that place and it will work.
i have the same problem, that is to say why i am giving u this advice.
