Is vitamin K unpromising for you?

I took lifeforce vitamins from the health food store for in the order of 2 weeks. I saw my doctor who did blood work and he said my cholesterol lowered 40 points. I am worried however that the vitamin K might have cause harm though. I'm have leg pain and I saw 2 different doctors and both said it be just from my autoimmune disease and not to verbs about it. I'm worried that I may hold a blood clot from using the vitamins. The Dr did blood work, both metabolic profile and CBC and he looked at my leg and said it looked ok. My gyno Dr also looked and she said it looked ok too. It hurts to walk.Is vitamin K unpromising for you?
Vitamin K negative amount results in impair blood clotting. Symptoms include easy bruising and bleeding (nosebleeds, bleeding gums, blood contained by the urine/stool, tarry black stools, or extremely heavy period. Vit K is fat soluble, worth you don't need to enjoy it every day because any of the vitamin your body doesn't stipulation immediately is stored contained by the liver for future use. It doesn't appear likely that it's responsible for your leg dull pain, but it could be something else in your vitamins that you're react to. If you're concerned, you could stop taking the vitamins and see if you feel better.
