Is this an std or skin condition? worried roughly speaking penile cancer?

For about a year in a minute I've been dealing near a football shaped dark red spot to hand the tip of my penis as well as blush and irritation towards the base on one side. The condition worsens (overall flush, pain) with any sexual hum (sex - both with and in need condoms and masturbation) and sometimes without any provocation. i tired a few steroid creams but it seem to just clear up the glow on the base for a light of day or two but then it comes backbone.
i've recently spoken beside an ex from a few years back who be diagnosed with cancerous cell in her cervix cause by HPV and underwent surgery to remove those cell. i had an outbreak of something roughly 3 years ago (doctor said it sounded like herpes) but it be gone in 3 days earlier i could get surrounded by to see a doctor and hasn't come back since.

I would be conversation with a contemporary doctor ... now. The doctor should dispatch cells to the lab and craft a real stab to diagnose the problem.
Maybe just try a dermatologist. They can see STDs as well as a moment ago regular skin irritations, etc.

I can't believe a medical doctor/urologist isn't treating your condition with something. It does nouns like possible herpes which is something you will other have but it is treatable.I would be concerned roughly passing something on to a sex partner. I'm afraid you are not going to take an answer on line, but do be inexorable with your doctors.
