Is this serious?? (please answer)?

For some WERID reason yesterday I get very sick, threw up, have a HORRIBLE headache, and very dizzy. Today my mid stomache hurts... and my lower rear aches. What could be wrong?Is this serious?? (please answer)?
Kidney and/or bladder infections are agreed to give nausea as in good health as lower back misery and upset stomach, but you did not have a disorientation.
If it were appendicitis, you might hold developed a fever, too.
Maybe you ate something that did not agree near you? In any case, you should dance to a doctor to evaluate you, soon.
maybe you are pmsing or you hold some sort of virus
please call your medical doctor presently! you could have meningitis or appendicitis or something else seriuosly wrong beside you. im a registered nurse, so i am not kidding. virtuous luck ;)michele

nothing, after getting sick I grain like that too, its purely a simple gastritis.
well check rear legs on what u did and what u ate before consequently come back here and ask another put somebody through the mill with more detaisl... it could be that in attendance is a virus going around...
Go to a drs immediatly
those are the same symptoms as menegitous which can butcher you.

ur either roughly speaking to start your period, possibly pregnant, or food poisoning, or a harsh bug. sorry. if your symptoms get worse, run see a doctor asap
Sounds like you are only just fine now..this did crop up yesterday right? You are up and about on the computer today..You are fine. When you drop inert tomorrow don't blame me. You should have go to the ER like the nurse said. Good Luck
