I have white stuff on my panties and hackle in my privates and below my arm and i am only 9. Is this puberty or is it the origin of it.Is this puberty?

9 is brand of young but I know girls who hold started puberty at that age, sometimes younger.

Ok in good health first off you told me you be 11 lol. Anyway this is perfectly conventional for girls. The age range of puberty begin at the age of 9-as long as 14 or 15. All girls bodies are different and all develop at different times. The white stuff is vaginal discharge as said since and is caused by different things due to nouns. As for the hair this is merely the start there are various more things that will need to crop up b4 you are definately developed.
