Ok I am almost 13(August 2) and 5'2" and I weigh 128lbs. I know that is a touch overweight but the ONLY part of my body that shows the bulk is my stomach. I want to lose my it. I eat a thriving and balanced diet and i play tennis and swim 3 times a week and i'm not languorous. I've tried situps, all the ab workouts and my abs are really strong but i own a lot of cooking oil over them. i can do like 100 situps within a row in approaching 3min. Please help! I am going to Miami Beach within late July and I want to fit into a bikini and be comfortable. I dont own a target weight I basically dont want to have a big stomach. Help and gratefulness in finance!Is this Normal?
Cardio! I had duplicate problem. Run or jog at lowest three times a week for at least 30 minutes. Do jump jacks and jump roping. You could also try a cardio video or class approaching Zoomba or Yoga Booty Ballet. The problem is that your body is used to the excersies you have be doing and expects that amount of work. Therefore you must add more commotion to loose the flab.
Try salasa dancing, you will want it for Miasmi anyway, it is a great stomach work out!!
hmmmm ya your kinda overweight. but its ok sweetie. keep on doin what your doin and youll eventually lose tha counterbalance
Excercise as much as possible, you will lose it.
try apple cider vinegar-may be it help.
