Is this conventional?

I asked my mom about it and she said it be normal but I required some other people's opinions.
The entry is while I was sleeping today, I woke up beside a serious cramp in my lower stomach and my lower spinal column started killing me...it stayed for at lowest possible 20 minutes or so and I couldn't go wager on to sleep b/c of it. And once I got up I started my time of year.was it newly a sign that my period be going to start or could it be something else?
I'd never had anything close to that happen until that time (and I'm 20) and I was lately wanting to know some other people's opinions going on for it.Is this conventional?
Yep that's normal. you are lucky you hold not had cramps formerly.
Pretty normal. Everyone doesn't seize cramps but I often have a feeling horrible then it suddenly stops and my interval starts. I usually get awful headaches formerly mine starts rather than cramps.
However, if subsidise pain is serious and continues be sure and ask your gynocologist almost it. Back pain can sometimes be an rash sign of ovarian cancer. Better to have a pap to be sure.
yes luv terribly normal for period...relax..but if it continues when yur periods are over...next you need a check up
